Nyx is a VR movement sandbox developed by Protogen and published by ENI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Nyx collects minimal data to function. When you play, we may collect your in-game username, platform ID, gameplay statistics, cosmetic selections, and basic device information such as headset model and performance data. We do not collect your real name, email address, payment information, or precise location.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used to power gameplay features such as multiplayer matchmaking, lobby discovery, cosmetic persistence, and to improve performance and fix bugs. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Nyx uses third-party services for core functionality. Photon Engine processes multiplayer networking data. PlayFab handles authentication and player data storage. These services receive only the information necessary to perform their functions. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for further details.

4. Children's Privacy

Nyx is designed for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe your child has provided personal information through our game, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Data Storage and Security

Player data is stored securely on PlayFab's cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. Changes will be posted within the game or on the store page. Continued use of Nyx after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
